Worship

Sermon on the Mount

Worship is held every Sunday morning at St. Luke's at 11:00 am. The service is based on the patterns used by ancient Christians, with a dual focus on Word and Sacrament. Sunday morning services include hymns, readings from the Holy Scriptures, a sermon, prayers, and the celebration of Holy Communion. Sunday morning services also include a children's sermon. The service is best described as a spirited-traditional service, following the traditions of the Church while integrating hymnody ranging from ancient to post-modern.

All people are welcome to join us for worship of the Risen Lord. All Christians who have received the sacrament of Holy Baptism - regardless of denomination - are invited to the altar to receive Holy Communion.

Worship is also held on special feast days and during the seasons of Lent and Advent.
