Freddie Clark and the family of the late Bobby Clark wishes to thank everyone for their kind expressions of sympathy shown to them during their time of bereavement. Pat Durham would like to thank all those who donated phones to the Hands of Hope. They are greatly appreciated.

Lutheran Night at the Braves will be on Wednesday, July 30, 2008. For further information, see Linda Hoover.

The Wednesday evening World Religions Class will begin on Wednesday, August 13, 7:00 pm.

The Tuesday lectionary and lunch group will begin meeting on September 2, 2008 at 12:15 pm here at St. Luke.

Church-wide Fall Kick-off will be held on August 24, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at the home of Mike & Linda Hoover. For more information, see Linda Hoover.

Save Cans for Youth. We are going to continue the "save the cans" program. The proceeds will go to help fund youth activities within St. Luke. Please place your aluminum cans by the new barn located on the church property. This is the drive that is marked with the St. Luke sign. Please place cans on the side of the barn where the tractor is parked. Mike Adair will be assisting us by taking them to the Recycling Center located in Forest Park.
